Mr. Heinz-Peter Hoier has done a degree in law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. After having completed the traineeship in the judicial service, he passed the second state examination in 1998.

Since December 2003 Mr. Hoier has worked in the field of industrial property law, specializing in trademark protection. Since 2007 he has been working with isarpatent.

His area of responsibility focuses on the field of German, European and International law of trademarks. He is especially entrusted with the full implementation of trademark registration proceedings, as well as opposition and infringement proceedings of trademark rights.
