Reinhard, Skuhra, Weise & Partner GbR, is a full-service intellectual property law firm founded in 1951. We provide complete, high level services covering every aspect of German and European patent, trademark and copyright law. Our location in Munich, Germany, the home of both the German and European Patent Offices is centrally and conveniently located for our clients.

Our goal to provide individual expert advice as well as efficient and prompt attention to our clients, all at reasonable prices, has ensured that our firm has undergone continuous growth over the years. We offer an extensive variety of services in connection with national and international protection of intellectual property, particularly in the fields of patents and trademarks.

Our current team consists of 15 patent attorneys and 4 lawyers who are supported by patent engineers and trainees, as well as by approximately 50 other highly qualified staff members.

In order to optimize the protection of our clients' innovations in their numerous technical fields, our office is divided into several specialized departments, focusing on these technical areas as well as on trademark and design protection.

Since our founding more than half a century ago, our head office has remained in central Munich. In view of the international nature of our activities as patent attorneys, we work with a proven network of competent associates throughout the world in order to ensure the effective acquisition and defense of our clients' intellectual property in all countries.

In addition to German, our staff speaks fluent English. Further languages spoken by some of our staff are French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Swedish and Italian. Trouble-free communication at an international level is therefore assured.
