The attorneys in our chambers are registered patent attorneys of the Federal Republic of Germany and as such members of the Chamber of Patent Attorneys (Address: Tal 29, 80331 Munich). We are subject to the Federal Regulations applicable to Patent Attorneys (Federal Law Bulletin (BGBl.) I 1966, p.557, last amended in BGBl.I 2001, p.3656) and the Professional code of conduct for patent attorneys ("Mitteilungen der deutschen Patentanwälte" (notices for German patent attorneys) 1997, pp.243ff.).

The attorneys in our chambers are furthermore permitted to appear before the Office for the Harmonization of the Internal Market (OHIM) and, in their role as European patent attorneys, they may also appear before the European Patent Office (EPO).
In the case of proceedings heard by the EPO, the rules of conduct of the International Federation of Industrial Property Attorneys (FICPI) (www.ficpi.org/ficpi/aboutframe.html) and the Code of Professional Conduct of the Institute of Professional representatives before the EPO (epi) (epi-Information 2/2001, p.75) are applicable.
