Frank Waitzhofer studied electrical engineering and information technology and graduated as an electrica engineer from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). He has been with Reinhard Skuhra Weise & Partner since 2003. In 2007 he was admitted as a German Patent Attorney.

Frank Waitzhofer is particularly knowledgeable about communications engineering, information encoding and decoding, about interfaces supporting communication between man and machine, about processor architectures, software systems and about communication networks.
