Alexander von H o m e y e r , PhD, Patent Attorney

Dr. Alexander von Homeyer graduated at the Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen Nuremberg (FAU) and received his PhD for his research in organic chemistry.

Following his PhD Dr. Alexander von Homeyer was patent attorney candidate and in a highly reputed patent law firm in Munich. He became a German patent attorney in 2010. Dr. von Homeyer joined Reinhard Skuhra Weise & Partner in 2010.

His technical background comprises all aspects of chemistry including organic and polymeric chemistry, inorganic chemistry, electrochemistry, biochemistry, drug design, but also biotechnology including an in depth background in molecular genetics.

Dr. von Homeyer is fluent in English and has basic skills in French.
