Stephan B a r t h , Patent Attorney
(Dr. sci. nat. in physics), Partner Stephan Barth

Dr. Barth graduated from the University of Constance in 1984 and received his Ph.D. at the ETH Zurich Switzerland, in 1988. Mr. Barth was a project leader in the field of automotive electronics with Robert Bosch GmbH from 1989 to 1992. He became a German patent attorney in 1995 and a European patent attorney in 1996. Dr. Barth has been partner with our firm since 1999. Dr. Barth is highly experienced both in the prosecution and enforcement of patents, trademarks and designs.

His area of expertise lies principally in the fields of semiconductor technology, process engineering, storage technology, solid-state physics as well as magnetism and superconductivity. From his time with Robert Bosch GmbH Dr. Barth has an in-depth knowledge of automotive engineering.

Dr. Barth is a member of AIPPI, FICPI, INTA, LES and of the German Physical Society.
