When you sign up to our IP right monitoring service, we will monitor both your rights, i.e. your existing patents, designs, and trade marks, and the IP rights of third parties, in particular those of your competitors. As part of our monitoring service we will regularly perform checks on relevant IP rights being filed or registered by third parties at the Patent and Trade Mark Offices. We will provide you with the results of these checks and, if required, we can make a preselection of the IP rights which may have negative consequences for your company’s operations or which could limit your legal position. We will point out any potentially conflicting IP rights and advise you of relevant deadlines for opposition so that, if necessary, you can take legal action against any adverse rights in good time in the form of opposition proceedings.
