isarpatent® congratulates Wolfgang Sandmann on successfully completing their studies at the CEIPI of University of Strasbourg and obtaining the Diploma “Patent Litigation in Europe”, a leading program designed for senior patent professionals active in patent litigation in Europe and with the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
An intense year has concluded, which started in October with a wonderful group of over 150 participants, all highly experienced patent professionals, from 17 different countries around the globe, and with leading speakers (judges, patent litigators, professors and members of the European Patent Office) from about 10 different jurisdictions across Europe.
The examiners of the final oral exam were renowned judges and experts: Dr Klaus Grabinski, President of the UPC and the Court of Appeal of the UPC, András Kupecz, Legally Qualified Judge (UPC, Central Division, Munich Section), Martin Schmidt, Technically Qualified Judge (UPC), Grégoire Desrousseaux, European and French patent attorney and attorney-at-law, and Emmanuel Gougé, Director, Diploma on Patent Litigation in Europe.
